We are hybrid! meaning we stream some of our classes online.
All memberships include unlimited access to our live zoom classes and our On Demand Classes, Plans and Challenges.
At The Stud11o we boast full WiFi connection so if you’re in Open Gym or Open Stud11o sessions you can stream the on demand content in your own time!
There really are no barriers to your fitness here.
ZOOM – All memberships include Zoom classes – most classes are offered on zoom.
On Demand – Some classes are recorded so you can catch up via the app at a time that suits you. All memberships give you on demand access.
Other features for membership holders via the app are – Weekly check in, recipes, support group, gym plans, home fitness plans and health and fitness related seminars.
